Welcome to OneSPA. By accessing our website or booking treatments with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service.

1. Appointment Booking Policy

When booking a treatment online, your slot is confirmed with a "Payment Pending" status. A dedicated specialist therapist is reserved specifically for your slot. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 4 hours prior to your slot.

2. Offline Payments

We do not accept online payments currently. All invoices must be settled offline at the spa reception counter before or immediately after your treatment session using cash, UPI, or cards.

3. Spa Conduct & Hygiene

We strive to maintain a serene and clean wellness environment. Guests are expected to follow guidelines regarding quietness, cleanliness, and mobile phone usage inside treatment rooms.

4. Liability Disclaimer

Our treatments are body therapies designed to promote wellness. They do not substitute for medical treatment. Please inform your therapist of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before the session starts.
